ABOUT
The Biller.
Hi! I'm Quiana Craig, Certified Professional Biller (CPB), Licensed AAPC Approved Instructor and owner of a New York home-based medical billing business that I started in 2008.

In 2006 while managing a medical office, an opportunity of a lifetime presented itself. I transitioned into managing the revenue cycle, with no prior billing experience.

Working from home became very important to me when my husband and I decided to start our family. I wanted to be home and present for all of the special moments but also needed to continue to earn a great income. This is when I decided to pursue my medical billing business full-time.

Medical Billing from home has provided me with a lifestyle I had no idea could be a reality. It provides freedom, flexibility and has been very profitable.

Now, I teach others this 6-figure skill set that doesn't require healthcare experience or a college degree through my signature Biller BOSS Bootcamp®
course, where I teach my students:

→the various stages of the revenue cycle
→the day to day duties of a medical biller
→billing software so you are industry ready
→how to pass the AAPC billing certification exam
→the steps to “billed” a profitable home-based business
→how to efficiently market your business to get provider clients
Ask The Biller® provides education, training and support for those who want to jumpstart their medical billing career or take their existing career to the next level by turning the skill set into a profitable home-based business.

Is a college degree a requirement to be hired? No! A high school diploma, or equivalent, is sufficient.
-

-
What type of equipment is needed?A computer (desktop or laptop) and a phone. You will also need secure high-speed internet access.
-
Are there any prerequisites required for medical billing? No! Prerequisites such as anatomy & physiology, medical terminology, pharmacology & pathophysiology are required for medical coders, not billers.
